Abstract: <p>The purpose of this project is to document the cultural landscape at the Lakefield Lock Station over the nineteenth and early twentieth century. The project will focus on the development of the lumering industry with emphasis on the early construction and infrastrucutre development in Lakefield and surrounding areas along the Trent Severn Waterway.</p>
