Abstract: <p>The purpose of this paper was to perform a SWOT analysis of the Peterborough Tai Chi Association, analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The authors recommended short-term and long-term strategies for dealing with current problems including increasing rental costs and decreasing membership.</p>
