Qualitative content analysis of GirlSpoken submissions

Abstract

This report is part of the ongoing process of creating an anthology called GirlSpoken written by girls and young women for girls and young women. The authors took part in the process of soliciting submissions, leading creative workshops, and performing a qualitative content analysis of the submissions received. Working from a feminist, anti-oppressive framework, they analyzed the themes present in all the submissions.
