Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine if there were any deficiencies in the legal system when interacting with individuals living with intellectual disabilities and if the Peterborough legal community would benefit from support from Community Living Peterborough. From the analysis, a list of recommendations was proposed to improve the interaction between these two systems.
