Abstract:

This document makes recommendations to environmental educators in the GPA on how best to generate interest in environmental education in children and youth. In order to do this successfully, professional and personal opinions are considered. The recommendation's bases are formed by a marriage of these two different, yet equally valid perspectives.

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to create an interactive exhibit/display that will educate grade five students about solar energy. This research investigates the characteristics which make a successful interactive display; one in which [sic] is accessible to all visitors and keeps the user motivated and interested to learn.

Abstract:

Camp Kawartha Environment Centre is a not-for-profit charitable organization dedicated to educating the public of Peterborough County on the importance of environmental education, sustainable living and alternative energy. The educators of the Environment Centre have requested that secondary research be compiled on the Trent Wildlife Sanctuary, the section of land that surrounds the facility.
