Abstract: <p>The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the Outdoor Education Centre at Camp Kawartha is effective in its mandate: teaching children to know more about and care more for the natural world.</p>

Abstract: <p>This evaluation has revealed that WIN has had a great deal of success and that it definitely warrants expansion to include as many elementary schools as possible. As the program expands, it may face more challenges that it did as a pilot project.</p>
