The Tallgrass Prairie Restoration Site is run by the Kenny family in Bailieboro, Ontario, located approximately twenty minutes outside of Peterborough. The site began in 1995, with the goal of restoring Tallgrass prairie to the area, and now is a twenty-acre portion of the Kenny family farm. A feasibility study was conducted to determine the feasibility of school field trips to the Restoration site. Ideas were also presented to include in the creation of a curriculum kit which could be used in conjunction with field trips to this site.

The purpose of this report is to document long term climate data from six weather stations in Central Ontario Region. This information was used to determine the number of frost free days, and the number of growing degree days. Calculating the number of days between the last frost and the first growing will assist in determining which grape varieties are suitable for which microclimate conditions.

The goal of this project is to examine levels of accessibility within public space in the City of Peterborough. The authors are comparing Sadleir House to other public spaces (Market Hall, Lions Club, Peterborough Public Library, George Street United Church) to highlight the need for Sadleir House to be renovated to improve its level of accessibility.

This case study looks at the complex workings of the Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC); in particular, an analysis of the current waste management structure with a focus on recycling.

The economic impact of local artists and art organizations is a fairly new topic of study. The purpose of this paper [sic] two fold. Firstly, [sic] examine how to conduct an economic impact study of the arts and second, answer three key research questions that are necessary in doing so [sic].

This study examines the "journey to work" of Quaker Oats employees in the years, 1903, 1925, 1950. It primarily focuses on the "journey to work" of women but does not exclude to the"journey to work" of men.

The research project focused on tour site topics, which included historical, geographical, and ecological nature, each associated with a unique location in the Peterborough County. The research compiled for the project was incorporated into a pre-existing tourism product to improve its regional nature through the use of "Tripclick."

Marrick's Landing Resort in Burleigh Falls is suitable for nature trail development in a two-phase process that will enable safe, scenic and enjoyable hiking and show shoeing activities. This experience will be strengthened through the use of the accompanying site-specific nature trail interpretive manual outlining existing species of flora and fauna, information about what species to look for and when, recommended trail etiquette and a map of trails at Marrick's Landing.
