The Dickson Mills Heritage Conservation District
This project was created with hopes of developing a historical conservation district surrounding the area where Samuel Dickson's sawmill was located. This mill was located on the Otonabee River in Peterborough, Ontario.

Heritage designation for the Hope Sawmill
The Hope Sawmill, in the village of Keene, is currently under renovation to repair damages caused by arson. The renovation of the Mill will return the building to a working museum and preserve the historical heritage of the site.

Rural heritage tours of Peterborough County: a student fieldtrip in Smith-Ennismore- Lakefield Township
The purpose of this research project was to assemble the information needed for the TVA to offer two tours (one for adults, one for students) of the rural heritage of Peterborough County. In order to address these goals and to develop an effective fieldtrip, an analysis of literature that was relevant to the research topic was required in the form of a literature review.

The purpose of this project was to aid the Trent Valley Archives in conducting research using certain aspects of the Gerry Stephenson canoe history fonds in order to determine what the contents can tell us about canoe building and canoe culture; and whether a short history can be published highlighting any links between canoe building and canoe culture in Peterborough, Ontario and the region of Oxford in Maine, U.S.A.
Making connections: issues and opportunities for transportation in rural Peterborough County
This project studies rural transportation in Peterborough County. The aim of the project is to identify and provide suggestions to improve transportation in Peterborough County. Peterborough County has an aging population and this report will attempt to anticipate these future problems and issues.
