The Seasoned Spoon Co-Operative Cafe (the Spoon) is a student run organization (at Trent University) which provides vegetarian and vegan food produced using ingredients that are as local and organic.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the Outdoor Education Centre at Camp Kawartha is effective in its mandate: teaching children to know more about and care more for the natural world.

The goal of this project was to compile information about programs and resources available to Jamaican youth-at-risk. The project provided a resource binder including information from the websites of various organizations working in Jamaica, in Canada, and internationally.

This project explores three topics related to early childhood development - child preparedness for school, bonding and attachment, and social skills - specifically drawing on the Ontario Early Years project.

The purpose of this research project was to assemble the information needed for the TVA to offer two tours (one for adults, one for students) of the rural heritage of Peterborough County. In order to address these goals and to develop an effective fieldtrip, an analysis of literature that was relevant to the research topic was required in the form of a literature review.

The purpose of this project was to aid the Trent Valley Archives in conducting research using certain aspects of the Gerry Stephenson canoe history fonds in order to determine what the contents can tell us about canoe building and canoe culture; and whether a short history can be published highlighting any links between canoe building and canoe culture in Peterborough, Ontario and the region of Oxford in Maine, U.S.A.
